My name is Karen Pike, and I am an ER doctor in San Jose, CA. I founded Simply Menopause after witnessing in the ER how the lack of straightforward information surrounding menopause negatively impacts women’s health outcomes.
Since the early 2000s, I have been involved in menopause recommendations and research, and I have developed a cohesive understanding from both a medical and practical standpoint to better help my patients.
As we joyfully age, I now share what I have learned with my friends as they embark on their menopausal journeys. With the aim of ensuring all women are equipped with the best information for navigating this remarkable life experience, I created Simply Menopause.
